New-build plumbing happens in three coordinated phases, all permitted and inspected by Maryland counties. We work with your GC, architect, and inspector from rough-in through final.
Underground Rough
Drain, waste, and vent lines installed before the slab is poured. One shot to get this right. We plan it carefully.
Above-Slab Rough
Supply lines and DWV branches run inside walls before drywall. County inspection is required before close-up.
Trim & Final
Fixtures installed, valves connected, system pressure-tested, water heater set, and final county inspection passed.
