FOUNDER & OWNER
Leslie Metcalf
Owner / CEO / Master Plumber / Gas Fitter
Les founded Metcalf Plumbing in 2002 with a simple idea: do good work, charge fairly, and treat people right. More than two decades later, that idea still drives every call we take. As a Maryland Master Plumber and licensed Gas Fitter, Les has personally trained every plumber on our team, and he is still on the truck more days than not.

Michael Munson
Journeyman Plumber / Gas Fitter
Mike’s plumbing career started in 2001 as a helper under Les, and he joined Metcalf full-time in 2013. He brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for the trade to every job site. Married 20+ years with kids at home, Mike treats every customer’s home like his own.
Lauren Turnbow
Office Manager
Lauren grew up in Arbutus and now lives in Mount Airy with her family. She works alongside her father here at Metcalf and is usually the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call. Outside of work she enjoys parks, family time, and her pets.
TJ Suter
Warehouse Manager
TJ joined the Metcalf team in July 2025. New to plumbing but no stranger to hard work, he has quickly proven himself a valuable part of our crew. He keeps our trucks stocked and our jobs running on time. Outside of work, TJ spends his time with family.
