  • If you won’t be home at the time of your scheduled service, no problem!
    We just ask that you provide a safe way for our technician to access your home or business—free of any pets, hazards, or other obstructions.

    As we are a COD company, we do require a credit card on file prior to service. Additionally, please make sure we’re able to reach someone by phone to approve any necessary work while the technician is onsite. We will not do any work prior to approval from the homeowner or property manager.

  • We understand that plans can change, and you may occasionally need to cancel your appointment. As a service-based company, we aim to be more flexible than most. We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least one hour prior to your scheduled arrival time.

    If a cancellation is made after our technician is already en route or has arrived at your location, the trip fee will apply.
