Catonsville Fourth of July Parade
Catonsville held its 77th Fourth of July Parade which brings thousands of residents from the Catonsville area each year. This year Metcalf Plumbing joined the fun and participated in the parade. Lauren and Danielle spent a lot of time preparing for the parade, they even tie-dyed the shirts themselves. Les Metcalf was proud to have his wife, two of his daughters, and one of his granddaughters participate along with the Metcalf Plumbing office staff. They passed out lollipops and their famous plunger pens, which were red white and blue just for the parade. The pens were such a hit that they ran out before they made it halfway through the parade, they even had onlookers chasing them down for pens! If you happened to get a red white and blue plunger pen be sure to show your Metcalf Plumbing technician at the time of service to receive a discount. Keep an eye out for them in the 2024 Catonsville Fourth of July Parade!

Toilet Giveaway

Metcalf Plumbing had a toilet giveaway that anyone could enter for the months of April, May and June. If you were a current customer your name was entered into the contest twice. On Monday, July 3rd Les Metcalf, the owner of Metcalf Plumbing, did a FaceBook live drawing and announced the winner of the contest. Mary G. from Catonsville, MD was the winner! 2 days after the drawing Mary had a new toilet installed in her home by Michael Munson, a long time journeyman plumber from Metcalf Plumbing. Water Heater Giveaway
It all begins with an idea.
Metcalf Plumbing started their first giveaway in January 2023 with a big one. They provided and installed a brand new AOSmith Water Heater to the person who entered with the oldest, working Water Heater. The contest was open to entries in January, February and March. The winner was announced through Facebook Live on Monday April 3rd, check out the video here. Carolyn N. from Halethorpe had an AOSmith Water Heater from 1993, a whopping 30 years old! When she found out she was the winner she was so excited, said she never wins anything and didn’t think she was going to win.
